A modern fully tiled spa like en-suite bathroom provides the privacy so commanding of this retreat. The bedroom is also equipped with ceiling fan, internet access with antique desk area to meet the needs of those that must stay connected to the real world along with a 40” flat screen TV.
The second spacious bedroom hosts a comfortable queen-size bed and two single sofa-beds. This private enclave has built-in closets, a 40” flat screen TV, internet access and a private fully tiled en-suite modern bathroom for your privacy.
The spacious living/dining room with an L-shaped leather sofa-set including chaise lounge affords a perfect sunset view of Eagle Beach. The 54” flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD affords wonderful hours of entertainment. The dining area has a 6-8 seat high top pub style table that allows dinners to be enhanced by the Aruban sunset. A full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with gourmet cooking accessories and marble counter tops includes bar seating; the laundry (washer and dryer) and storage corridor leads to a full 3rd bathroom.
There are also two balcony terraces (adjacent to the master bedroom and the living/dining room) each with spectacular ocean view. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock security box sized to fit a laptop computer; free broadband wired and wireless internet, cable TV are all provided to enhance your Divine vacation. This condo complex is located on the boulevard along the nicest beach of Aruba: the Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach has been awarded as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world! As you leave the town from Oranjestad towards the major hotels and resorts, pass the roundabout, take a left at the first traffic lights. Drive through and you will find the Oceania resort in less than 1 mile on your right hand. Beachfront, good access, close to town and to many exquisite restaurants of the island. Being on the nicest beach of Aruba, with regular bus service and taxis at your fingertips, a rental car is definitely not a requirement. However, if you wish to explore the more distant and remote areas of the island (which we think you should...), a rental car is then recommended.
