On behalf of all the condo owners that we represent, we welcome you to stay at this luxurious boutique-style condo resort and have a unique vacation experience with personalized service in Aruba! The Sunset Residences Beach Resort (also known as Sunset Residences) is a new and small 18-unit complex of condos in Aruba. It is located just about 100 yards from the Eagle Beach within the high-activity resort and hotel strip of the island. The surrounding areas are all timeshare and/or hotel resorts, which are much more crowded and with much less spacious rooms.

Location
The Alhambra Casino is within 5 minutes walk from the Sunset Residences Beach Resort. The Links Golf course is another 5 minutes walk. Many exquisite restaurants are within a short walk distance (Las Ramblas, Chalet Suisse, Screaming Eagle, The French Steakhouse, etc.). All other major hotels, casinos as well as many other restaurants are about 5-10 minutes drive away, including the Tierra del Sol Golf community and the downtown shopping areas. The amenities of the complex include e.g. a large swimming pools, a gym, men's and women's saunas, and an outdoor BB facility for common use.

Accommodations
At this beach resort, just steps away from the world renown Eagle Beach, most units are two bedroom/two bathroom units and are all provided with a modern interior design of varying kind. You will have a very relaxed vacation by staying in this complex, as is it private, small and destined for comfort in a tropical environment. For larger groups, you may also choose to stay in two or more condos at this complex and have a semi-private resort just for your family and friends alone! Large swimming pool and whirlpool adjacent to a deck including lounge furniture, a gym, and a common BBQ and bar facility will further complete the enjoyment of your stay.
